Life Coaching

This service aims to support a process through which we come to see ourselves fully. We tap into our talents and gifts, learning to express these to their full potential in our lives. We also become familiar with habits and patterns that don’t always serve us. More than this, we learn how to ‘mind the gap’ between what we learn about ourselves and how to change. Work, play and ‘being human’ are all considered in fostering harmony and balance. Working in a western context, yoga, Ayurveda, mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy all come into play as tools and processes are enlisted to support our personal development and unfoldment.

An average of six (1¼ h) sessions charged at £60 per session.
