Focusing on integrated health and wellness, a range of courses are on offer covering different specialisms. All courses are run with the belief that fun and laughter are integral to the learning process - we open ourselves to much deeper understanding when we are enjoying ourselves!
 




Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction & Mindfulness in Yoga

8-week MBSR & MBCT Programmes based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Mark Williams. 

Format: Varies from group-based sessions to individual sessions.



Mindfulness Yoga Teacher Training Level I

Trains yoga teachers in mindfulness with a view to embodiment, deepening personal practices and taking teaching to a new level. 

Format: 7 Saturdays Sept - Dec 2013. Non-residential.

 

 


British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training

This 24-month course is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga.  Participants become fully qualified and well-trained yoga teachers with an emphasis on personal development. 

Format: New course forthcoming in 2014. TBC


Integrated Yoga Therapy Course

A new 24-month course complying with the Complementary and Natural Health Care requirements and currently completing accreditation by the British Council of Yoga Therapy. Currently one of the first courses applying for international accreditation with the International Association of Yoga Therapy

Format: New course (Mindfulness-Based Yoga Therapy) due April 2014

 
 


Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Modules I & II

AM I: A 6-month course run under the auspices of and accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga. New: AM II: 6 days of deepening the learning from AM I. We apply the tools more keenly (with a possible detox, if appropriate), and learn more about the mind.

Format: Varies across the two courses. Usually single days or weekends, spanning 6 sessions. A new online Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Module is under development.


 
 



Mindfulness in Yoga Training

A 6-day Mindfulness in Yoga Training Programme that cultivates mindfulness and deepens yoga practice. With attention to asana, breath work, pranayama, and working with the inner body, this programme brings clarity to the way we meet ourselves, our relationships and the world as a whole.

Format: 6 X 7 hour monthly (Saturday) meetings + an optional all day w/e session.
