British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training

Summary

All BWY Teacher Training courses impart a rich understanding of the function and form of asana, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. Student teachers are trained to teach safely and with a deep appreciation of the underlying purpose of yoga.

The Oxted-based course affords an in-depth exploration of the professional, practical and philosophical aspects of teaching yoga. The course favours a holistic approach and takes account of an Ayurvedic perspective, offering deeper insight into the yogic experience and a lot of laughter.

Benefits: extensive hands-on practical experience of teaching in ways that integrate mind, breath, body and being; self-exploration, self-discovery, mindfulness and wellbeing; rigorous, respectful and playful.
